Our Organization
Director - Mr. Jayu
Leading all active construction projects, Mr. Jayu leverages his project management expertise to ensure efficient, on-time delivery. He coordinates internal teams and external contractors, while closely communicating with clients.
Civil Engineer - Mr. Lim
Mr. Lim provides engineering expertise on CMKR projects as needed, conducting technical assessments and creating design specifications. He is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience. Mr. Lim stays up-to-date on the latest engineering best practices and codes.
ELV System Consultant - Mr. Sarawanan
Mr. Sarawanan consults on electrical, lighting, and AV systems for CMKR projects. He assesses client needs, provides design recommendations, and ensures seamless system integration during construction. Mr. Sarawanan has 10+ years of ELV experience including smart building technologies.
